This species is rarely offered in the UK.

Originating from South Western China, flowers are pale pink with darker veining. Like most Helleborus it prefers a partially shaded aspect in a humus rich soil. Flowering January-March. Plant in a well-drained, rich well-composted soil in a semi-shaded part of the garden. Will thrive if left undisturbed.
