IRIS RETICULATA HYBRID (Iridaceae).  Stunning new hybrid from Alan McMurtrie, look mix of J.S. Dijt and bakeriana in lovely dark colours, it has deep purple flowers fall to white and very deep and dark purple at edges, much admired at the Spring Show 2015. Ht. 5-6 cm.

Flowering from early January to March and April. Best planted in a sunny, well drained position.
