Snowdrops do best in shade or semi shade conditions and will grow well in most soils.
When clumps get too thick, they can be lifted and divided. This is best done after flowering just after the foliage dies down.
Plant 2-3″ deeps and 1″ apart.
Large elwesii type flowers with deep green blotch, flowering Jan-Mar. Height 15-20cm(6-9″).
