Suberb snowdrop that was found in the garden of the late Margaret Owen and named for her husband. It has 6 outer petals, double the normal count of 3.
Snowdrops do best in shade or semi shade conditions and will grow well in most soils. They associate very well with Winter Aconites, Chinodoxas and Leucojums.
When clumps get too thick, they can be lifted and divided. This is best done after flowering just after the foliage dies down.
Plant 2-3″ deeps and 1″ apart.
