Good form of deep pale violet-purple flowers with base dull.

The year of introduction:1863.

This wonderful race of tulips have beautiful cup shaped flowers. They have yellowish, orange brown, red purple or violet flowers and will make a fabulous addition providing interesting hues and shading. This group of tulips are old and historical and can be clasisified as Single Late as they bloom very late in the Spring. Many of the varieties are no longer grown other then in historical collections and we offer the selections here from Hortus Bulborum, Holland.
