Deep red blooms, green white stripes . Sometimes with a creamy undertone or a green throat.

Commonly called Amaryllis. Ideal pot plant for the house. Superb Christmas gifts.

Feed with liquid fertiliser except when in flower. After flowering the plant should be fed every ten days.

Cut the foliage in October or November and leave dormant until the begin to grow.
