Tulip Red Riding Hood AGM

Exterior of petals are carmine red. The inside is scarlet with a black base. One of the best short garden tulips. Mottled leaves.

These tulips are excellent value. In addition to having brilliantly coloured flowers, their foliage is also beautifully mottled with a deep bluish-maroon colour. The shorter varieties are ideal for pots, window boxes as well as borders beds and rockeries.
