speciosum var magnificum

Large purplish-pink spathe, violet and white with dark purple-red stripes.

Himalayan species. The stems are intensely mottled and carries trifoliate leaves with red border. Hardy and easy to grow in half shade. Requires leafy, humus enriched and well well-drained soil.
