'Climbing onion'. Just a single species makes this an interesting genus. Easy to grow for indoors or frost free greenhouse. Native of South Africa and tropical Africa. The leaves are short lived but the twining racemes bear hundreds of tiny greenish flowers that continue for months on end. ALL PARTS OF THE PLANT ARE POISONOUS.
